Collection is no longer available as we have moved to new premises and PUBLIC LIABILITY and HEALTH AND SAFETY Regulation’s don’t permit customer collections on the site. Apologies to our local customers for this inconvenience.

POSTAGE & PACKING
The postage and packing charges are clearly detailed elsewhere in this product advertisement in the relevant section, they cover my time, packaging materials and cost of posting. The postage & packing charges form a separate contract between me, the seller and you, the purchaser and by bidding on this item you are confirming that these are acceptable to you.
All items are sent by a – Signature on receipt - delivery method, i.e. Recorded delivery, Special Delivery or Parcelforce 48.
If you decide you want to use Standard Parcel service, then proof of posting will be kept. If using this method, and the bid price is more than £32, extra insurance will need to be paid for, or your item will only be covered up to £32 should it go astray.

£101 - £250, please add £2.25
£251 - £500, please add £3.50 to your invoice.
P+P prices quoted are for UK Mainland ONLY.

I will always assist in any claim if a parcel goes astray.
Royal Mail will not deem a parcel missing until 14 days have elapsed, after which time claims can be submitted.
(Over 50% of lost parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a Royal Mail sorting office, so please check with yours first - In our experience, the postman does not always leave a card!!)
I always combine P+P charges wherever possible so if you intend to buy something else from me within 3 days, just email me and let me know.
The item(s) will be posted to you within 2 days of cleared payment being received, usually the next working day and should reach you within 7 days of cleared payment being received, however you are required to email me if you have not received the items within 10 working days, to enable me to sort out any dispatch problem.
RETURNS POLICY
I do not, normally, accept returns as items are described fully on the auction page. As in a true Auction, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted unless there is a serious miss-representation in the listing. We can all make mistakes and sometimes something might be missed, if you are not satisfied with the item because it differs from the item description, then please get in touch, by email, so we can endeavour to sort out the situation to our mutual satisfaction. We give and expect to receive polite and courteous email communications.
All returns must be agreed beforehand.
Our liability for returns is limited to a refund of your original purchase price, whatever the reason for return. Any refunds will be strictly limited to your winning bid only and return postage must be met by the buyer. DO NOT just leave NEGATIVE feedback or no other correspondence will be entered into and the sale will be deemed as completed.
