Q. When will my order be sent?
A. Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri before 12 noon. Orders received after
this time will be sent the following WORKING day. We do not ship orders
at weekends or on bank holidays. We ARE NOT held responsible for delays
in delivery. For example order 11am tuesday and your order will be with
you on wednesday. Order 8pm wednesday and your order will be with you on
friday.
Q. How will my order be sent?
A. We use a courier service for UK MAINLAND ONLY. This service is
nextday except for Western & Remote parts of Scotland, where delivery
can be upto 2 days. This service is used only on orders over 500grams in
weight. Lighter items e.g. a single tube of Hair Tint would be sent via
Royal Mail. For other parts of the UK such as Northern Island,Isle of
Wight, Jersey etc your order will be sent via Royal Mail.
Note: Orders sent on a nextday service will need to be signed for.In the
event no one is in to sign for the parcel you will be left a card. A
further delivery attempt will be made. After this time if the parcel is
still not signed for it will be returned to us which incurs the courior
charging us £13.95. In order to re-send the parcel the cost to you will
be £19.95. Alternative delivery address can ONLY be specified at point
of ordering and NOT after dispatch.
Q. What will I be charged for delivery?
A. Please see each individual item for p&p costs. Typically hair
straighteners and other electrical items are sent via our courior
nextday service at a cost of £5.95.
Q. Can you ship orders overseas?
A. Yes, please choose your shipping option for your location from the
payment screen.
Q. What if my ordered item(s) is not in stock?
A. On the extremely rare occasion an item(s) is out of stock you will be
contacted by e-mail with an estimated delivery date.

Please read my terms of sale prior to
bidding. This is important and ensures you are happy with our terms. We
want your shopping experience to be a happy one and wish to avoid any
complications later on.
Bidding: Please only
bid on an item if you are intending to pay. This may sound obvious, but
unfortunately this does happen occasionally. We reserve the right to
cancel a bid in these extreme circumstances.
Payment: Payment
must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. Failure to do this
will usually result in the item being re-listed and a ‘non-paying bidder
alert’ being raised. We are reasonable, so please communicate with us
whenever necessary, before the 7 days after the auction ending has
lapsed.
Overseas Bidders: Payment can only be made via
PayPal.
Packaging: Items are then posted in suitable
bubble-wrapped packaging.
Postage: We try to
make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary
to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy
with the quoted postage.
Our preferred delivery method is via Citylink couriors, as items are
signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the
seller, and the customer.
For smaller items we use royal mail first class post. Usually items
valued over £10 are sent via royal mail recorded and will need to be
signed for. Most electrical items are sent via citylink couriors which
is a nextday service.
Combined Postage Offer:
We charge only £1 for each additonal item, whether big or small - much
cheaper than many other online retailers! (NOTE: must be purchased
within 5 days of original item to qualify).
IMPORTANT: If you
have already paid for an item (e.g. a few days earlier) and still
qualify for discount postage on your new purchase, please email us
before you make payment and quote your original item number, so we can
re-calculate your invoice amount.
This will be your responsibility to notify us on these occasions, as due
to the amount of orders we receive, we will not be held responsible for
the customer not receiving the discount postage offer within the 5 day
timescale.
Feedback: We will
only leave feedback for you once you have left it for us.
Lost Items: As
mentioned above, we obtain proof of postage on all items sent, and these
can be provided if the postal service has lost the item. We will do all
we can to work with you to track a lost item with the Post Office or
Citylink, and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the
search until an outcome is reached.
Standard Returns: We
are happy to accept returns, if they are returned within 7 days of being
received, and providing item has not been used or opened and is in
original condition. Our postal costs will be deducted from any refund
made to you. Item must be returned in a safe manor within 7 days from
date of purchase.
An email MUST be sent before returning your item, A note must be
enclosed with the returned item, stating the reason for the return and
your ebay login name.
Postage for returned items by you will not be refunded.
Faulty Items: All
products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure
items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your
item is faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its
original condition.Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace, where
possible, or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.
Guarantee/Warranty:
Electrical items vary in guarantee lengths from 6-24 months depending on
the manufacaturer. Always read the guarantee information received with
your item. In the event of your item devloping a fault contact us via
email and we will be happy to help. |
