Terms and conditions

• All items that are sent will need a signature; if I can’t track it I won’t send it. If you cannot check when delivered you must sign ‘Unchecked’ otherwise I cannot claim on the couriers insurance.
• Postal rates are for UK mainland only, if you live out of the Mainland you must email first for postal rate.
• All cpu’s are tested, the buyer needs to check compatibility with their equipment.
• Most cards are supplied with out drivers; the buyer needs to check for compatibility with their machines and their version of Windows.
• All component serial numbers are kept on record.
• Components are covered by a 7-day Dead on arrival warranty (Unless stated in auction). Motherboard CMOS Batteries are not covered. Any returns are at the buyers expense, returns will be either refunded or exchanged.
• Items will only be sent to the address that is stated on EBAY’s payment detail screen.
• Payment must be received within 7 days of auction ending otherwise EBAY will be informed to recover costs, the item will be re-listed and you will loose all rights to item.
• Emails must be received via EBAY email system, this includes after sales as well.
• Items are normally sent on a Wednesday or Thursday.
