TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING OR BUYING.

General.

Any questions will be answered as soon as possible. Mail through ask seller a question or phone (01743) 718373.

We are a Vat registered business - all our auction include vat in the finish price - there are no hidden extras. You will receive a full receipt with every purchase.

On winning one of our auctions or Buy it now, payment is expected within 7 days. If you can not pay within 7 days please do not bid.

 We accept Most credit / debit cards over the phone (preferred method) - PAYPAL (where specified), cheques, postal orders, cash on collection and direct transfer.

Non payers will be left negative feedback, and action taken to recover costs.

All measurements are given to the best of our ability.

All items are sold as seen unless otherwise stated. Alot of the items we sell are liquidated stock - we accept no responsibility for the usefulness of these items. Some items maybe shop soiled or have damaged packaging. We only accept returns at our discretion.

Goods should be removed within 7 days of notification that payment has cleared. Failure to do this may result in storage charges being applied.

Goods for sale can be viewed by arrangement at most times - phone or mail for appointment.

Delivery / Collection

We will always combine postage for multiple purchases - we  do our best to minimise postal costs. Please always ensure you provide your postcode. We use carriers for deliveries

For deliveries stated as Carrier Deliveries - These should be delivered to premises where there is someone in to sign for item during office hours - If a parcel is undelivered you may be charged a re-delivery fee. Carrier delivery price quoted is for UK Mainland ONLY (Other areas please ring for quote)

Goods can normally always be collected from our yard near Shrewsbury, Shropshire (by arrangement). We can also pack your goods for collection by your carrier / transport - We have full loading facilities on site.
