Postage

Postage costs include handling charges, packaging and my time involved preparing the item(s).

Items will be posted to the address registered on eBay, if you wish for it to be sent to a different address please inform me before or at time of payment.

Dispatch

Items will be posted using royal mail or DHL unless otherwise stated.

Items will be dispatched from my distributer.

I will always dispatch items at my earliest convenience any delay over 2 working days and I will inform you.

Feedback

Once you have received your item(s) in a satisfactory condition. Please leave positive feedback for me.

If there is an issue with your item(s) please contact me before leaving feedback and I will do what I can to resolve the issue.

I will leave feedback for you shortly after payment received.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, you should firstly contact me by email stating the reason for return.

Each return will be dealt with on an individual case, items will be refunded or replaced, in case of a refund the cost of the item (not including postage) will be refunded in the way it was paid. Buyer incurs all postage costs.

In the case of a replacement an item that is out of stock a refund will be offered or an item of equal or greater value will be sent instead. You will be informed beforehand.

Non faulty items retuned must meet following criteria for refund/exchange

1. Item unused/unopened.

2. Returned within 14 days of receipt of item.

3. Cover letter enclosed stating reason for return
