We are happy for you to collect your item, but please give us plenty of notice as these items are kept in storage. Sorry we can't  accept couriers collecting. 
Most of our small items are FREE POSTAGE to mainland UK addresses. The items are sent by second class post in 100% bio-degradable sacs or recycled packaging. Any items worth over £30 will be sent recorded delivery and will require someone to sign for them. We always get a certificate of postage. If you're in a hurry then you can select to pay a small premium, during the checkout process to ensure that you get your order super-quick!
Goods damaged in transit : this hardly ever happens, but if it does, make sure you take a photo of the damage and email it to us straightaway, then we can assist you as quickly as possible: service@hennyshomestore.com
Payment can be made by paypal, sterling cheque (from a British Bank) or cash on collection.
