Please note that I get a Certificate of Posting for EVERYTHING I post and every help will be given in the event of an item not reaching its destination however the Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 working days after posting so there is no point asking for a refund before then. I will not make any refunds until I receive a refund from the Royal Mail and I will only refund what they refund to me - which is usually the cost of the item. On request I will send you a scanned copy of the certificate of posting to prove that I have posted the item. If an item does not arrive please first check with your sorting office that it is not being held for you there and other places where a postman may have left the item for you eg garden shed, recycling box etc . They do not always leave a card to say they can't deliver something / have left the item somewhere!

Items collected & paid for via PayPal - buyer must produce photographic evidence with address that matches the address on Ebay & item signed for - this is because PayPal offers no seller protection for collection items. If you do not agree to this please do not bid
