Please note that I pride myself on the after sales I provide, if you are disappointed in any way with the product I will try to resolve the situation with out leaving negative feedback. I will always leave feedback once the buyer has left feedback. Please note I will try to resolve any issue or help in way I can after the auction. Do not hesitate to contact me; I aim to provide you with the best possible service after the auction. I guarantee 100% the products I sell are as exactly as described therefore if they are not then I will refund 10% of the value back to you or you can get a Exchange, Refund or  Return (see above). I will report any non paying bidder to eBay as to maintain the high quality standards and stop my colleagues losing out.

Postage is not my responsibility, if insurance is provided please use it otherwise posted at buyers risk. Please remember the cost includes both the cost to send via Royal Mail (special delivery most of the time or recorded all other times) and the cost of packaging where applicable. (I.e. brown paper, bubble wrap, tape, bags, printing, envelopes etc, etc, etc). This also includes a small handling fee on certain items were applicable.
 

Paypal (Free) or personal cheque accepted only. Please note method of payment must be received within 24 hours of the auction ending. Payment must be received within 48 hours if using Paypal or 5 days if using personal cheque. I will report any non paying bidder to eBay as to maintain the high quality standards and stop my colleagues losing out.
 

Exchange, Refunds & Returns are available on all items that are sold, unless stated otherwise (i.e. faulty goods no Exchange, Refunds & Returns). Goods should be sent back at buyers cost & no refund of postage & packaging is not applicable to any auction. There will be a £2.50 or 12% (which ever is greater) handling & restocking charge on all Exchange, Refunds & Returns. If however the item sold is not working then there will be no restocking or handling charge. In order for a Exchange, Refunds & Returns buyer must contact me immediately after the receipt of the item or at least within 24hrs.
 

New ebayers please do not bid until you contact me. Any ebayers with less than 5 or negative feedback please contact me before bidding. Contact me with your contact details via email. Remember your bid is a contract and no time wasters please. I will report any non paying bidder to eBay as to maintain the high quality standards and stop my colleagues losing out.
 

Any Returning customer will get 10% off or if they recommend another ebayer both of them will get 7% off each. Buy more than 2 items and you are entitled to a free gift or 10% off. These offer are open to 95% of my auction (not all electronics and mobiles, but I always work something out) but email me just to make sure.
