If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, apart from damage in transit, you may return it to me at your own expense within 7 days of receipt.
If on receipt by you the goods were damaged in transit, then you must make an insurance claim against the carrier, and you may not return the goods.
If the goods are significantly not as described or faulty, I will also refund your return postage costs. This is dependent on satisfactory receipt of the goods in the condition in which they were sent, and verification by me of the reason for return. Any damage to or loss of the goods in transit are the buyer's responsibility, and so appropriate insurance must be secured by the buyer.
If you have simply changed your mind I reserve the right to deduct a 10% re-stocking fee to cover my time and expenses. |
