Jimi Hendrix Pop Art on Perspex Spraypaint Original

I have traced this image onto card, painstakingly and delicatly cut it out  to make a stencil similar to the technique used by the famous Bristol based graffiti artist Banksy I then sprayed the details of Jimi Hendrix Black onto a piece of perspex that I had prepared with Blue and White and Turquoise spraypaint.

This is a unique piee of art- due tot he fact that spray paint has been applied to perspex it reacts to light. For example the picture will look different when place in different locations see the photos below.

I will not be doing this on perspex ever again!

As this was a little bit of an experiment to statisy my own curiosity

The colours make this Iconic image look very Retro and very Cool!!!

The Perspex is is 30 cm by 42 cm and is half a cm thick.

This piece of art would look great in an office, living room or bedroom.

This is NOT a digital Print!!! Alot of Art on Ebay has been digitally printed onto canvas, this piece has been handmade.
