Returns Policy Details:

Its our aim to keep all of our customers happy and satisfied with any product purchased. Genuine claims are dealt with quickly and professionally. All sales carry a 14 day return to Office-link Northampton warranty.

All items returned DOA & / or claimed as being faulty are fully tested by us before any exchange or refund is carried out, we aim to turn around returns within 7 working days. Goods are dispatched FOB Northampton, with proof of dispatch available if requested.

Transit damages or defective items under the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2002 must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt.

The cost of any return postage including packaging and its administration is borne by the purchaser.
Any postage and packing monies refunded for DOA, Defective or Damaged items is at our discretion.

Any attempts to return products to us without following our Returns procedures will be rejected.

Non-payment of purchases made within eBay will be reported to eBay within 7 days of the purchase closing.
