Payment

We accept Paypal. This is our preferred method of payment.

We accept Credit Card and Debit Card Payments via our secure checkout.

Cheque & Postal Order

We also accept Cheques and Postal Order. Please make all payments payable to Jewel Mania Ltd. We do not accept Cheques or Money Orders in US $ Dollars.

Terms and Conditions

By bidding you are accepting these terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing the order to make sure you agree with all the conditions. Unless otherwise stated all items are in good condition consistent with age and normal use. There are no chips, cracks or repairs unless otherwise stated.

Postage & Packaging

Once payment has been made please allow up to 5 working days for delivery within UK, and 10 working days for international delivery.

Multiple Purchases

We combine Postage and Packaging on all multiple purchases made over a period of 10 days from the date of the first order. If you require an additional number of days in which to purchase multiple items then please e-mail us. Payment for multiple items must be paid together, otherwise a reduced rate of P&P will not be offered. The item with the highest P&P cost is paid in full, all additional items receive a reduced P&P rate of 50%

Payment

We accept payment via Paypal, Credit Cards and Debit Cards from all customers. For UK customers we accept payment via cheque and postal orders, a note with the item number must be included with payment. For international customers we accept payment via cashiers checks in GBP Sterling. We do not accept personal checks or money orders in USD. Please make your payments within 14 days of the close of auction. Failure to do this will result in the item being re-listed, a non-payment notice filed with eBay & appropriate feedback left.

Damaged Items

If upon receipt you find that your item has been damaged, you must contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item and send the item back to our postal address. I will quite happily exchange the item for another, or if this is not possible for some other item(s) to your satisfaction, (ensuring positive feedback between us both). A full refund is also an option.

VAT

All prices are inclusive of 17.5% VAT. This includes the final auction bidding price as well. We supply all our customers with a VAT invoice.
