  Most "Buy It Now" purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations which means you have 7 working days after the day you receive the item to return it to Jewelco London - we will give you a full refund less the postage cost.     
  For items  which received FREE Postage, we will deduct:
£4.50 when sent via special delivery
£2 for when sent via recorded delivery, or
£1 when sent via regular 1st Class

Exchange:

  Should you wish to exchange the item to another size or length, please contact us via eBay or at info@jewelco.co.uk. You will need to return the item unused in its original condition together with Invoice/Delivery Note and we will exchange it to the required size, subject to availability. In some cases, this may incur an additional charge, please contact us for more info on this.

Faults:
  Jewelco London will happily replace or refund genuinely faulty goods, providing we were advised of any faults upon receipt of the item.
