Jewel Fairy - Laelia

Laelia is particularly attracted to amethyst, silver and sapphires. She was born on a planet in the Milky Way and has lived in ethereal Earth for only 2573 years. Her skill in training and advising younger fairies on matters of gems and treasure has earned her promotion to the role of Advisor to the Jewel Fairies. She wishes to return home in the next millennium with her fortune. 

The jewel fairies collect sparkling gems, precious stones, gold and silver. Over the centuries past, their hoard has become a treasure store. Holders of the jewel fairies are said to have experienced good financial fortune. The jewel fairies' careful ways with money and precious objects seem to influence the luck and judgement of those they are close to.

Height approx. 13cm. Supplied in a clear acetate presentation box with a backing card detailing her character and how she fits into the Fairy Family. Arms and legs are bendable, and this fairy can be suspended by a golden loop of thread (supplied). All members of The Fairy Family are hand painted and hand dressed- they are sold as decorations, not toys.

Our family run shop has been open in our hometown on the East Yorkshire Coast since Easter 2003 and selling on the internet since November 2004.
