It has two bedrooms and there is a further double bed which pulls out in the lounge area. The main bedroom has en-suite toilet and wash basin. Comes complete with PVCu conservatory which has a sliding patio door and beautiful french doors which open fully outwards to make most of the stunning views.

There is decking which runs down the side and front of the caravan and conservatory.

At the waters edge is a further decking area and docking for 2 Jet Skis. There are 2 metal sheds included, and a further storage shed which houses a plumbed in washing machine (included in the sale)

The site is open from the 1st of March till the 6th of January. Site fees are paid up until 6th of January, approximate fees for next year are £1600.00

The Country Park has numerous lakes which include water skiing, jet skiing and fishing.

There is also a cafe and club house open all year round.

We have been at Tattershall Lakes for 12 years and we are now looking for a change, hence we would be interested in a part exchange for an American RV.
