Guarantee : Our machines and presses have been tested, are brand new (unless otherwise stated) and have a full manufacturers warranty registration may be required. Manufacturers warranties vary between 1 year and 5 years. From time to time we may offer used items. The guarantee for used items is 6 months, with 7 day return. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. For technical issues call 0871 508 9806.
10 Year Extended Guarantee : We only sell quality products and are happy to extend the warranty after the original warranty expires (UK mainland only) on selected products. There is normally a charge to extend the warranty, however we have wavered this payment and can offer it at no extra cost where applicable, registration may be required.
Damages & Delays : All deliveries MUST be checked on receipt. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged, lost or delayed in the post. In these instances, any claims will need to be made directly with the courier.
In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit, we ask our customers to visually check the outer box before signing for the delivery. If there is any sign that the packing is damaged, please sign as 'box damaged'. Please inspect your product after delivery and any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours by telephone 0871 508 9804.
