Items are sent within 3 working days, and I post 2-3 times a week. Proof of posting retained. Italy buyers must choose the international recorded delivery only. Items with a value of £15+ are automatically sent 2nd class recorded without the need to request extra postage. P&P covers handling + packaging, not just the postal charge. NO COLLECTIONS.
Compensation will be claimed for items missing after15 days. The item price will be refunded when the payment comes through. RM do not compensate for postage spent. |

I adhere to the distance selling regulations. Items can be returned within 7 days. Item price less 10% fee is refunded. Item must be in unmarked re-sellable condition with original packaging used, and packing note included. Exchanges subject to stock. Buyer to cover all p&p charges involved in the event of a return/exchange. Clothing that is damaged or defaced, or with tags removed, tears, stains or smells (smoke,perfume) will be refunded item price less 50% fee NO EXCEPTIONS. |
