Both woofer and tweeter are integrated into a single unit, a technique that makes it possible to have a genuine 2-way system in an extremely small cabinet. As the elegant A 10 speakers are incredibly small it is easy to integrate them into most domestic environments, no matter which room you intend to listen in.
The A 102 satellite speaker is extremely compact and so it’ll be the sound, and not the speaker, that will attract attention. When mounted on the wall on the supplied wall brackets the speaker can also be turned from side to side.

Coaxial drive unit
A coaxial drive unit integrates the mid/bass unit with a tweeter, ensuring identical acoustic centres for both drive units. This means all frequencies will reach your ears simultaneously, i.e. with perfect time alignment.
Magnetic shielding.
Normally when placing a loudspeaker close to a TV, the magnets of the drive units will cause discolouration of the TV picture. Therefore centre channel speakers – which in order to achieve best possible coherence between picture and sound, need to be placed as close to the TV as possible –must feature shielded magnets to eliminate the disturbing magnetic radiation.
Neodymium loudspeaker units
Neodymium is a powerful magnetic material – 10 times more powerful than a normal magnet. Therefore the magnet can be reduced in size, and be placed inside the voice coil of the loudspeaker unit, allowing the magnetic force to be concentrated around the voice coil – exactly where it is needed. Another benefit of the compact magnet is that is does not take up space inside the speaker cabinet, an especially important consideration with compact speakers
Design
This product is designed by the award-winning Danish team Smedegaard and Weiss. Two female designers internationally recognised for their ability to successfully combine technical and aesthetic qualities. They are among other products responsible for the hugely successful A 3_5 series, the update A 30, and the highly exclusive A 7 series.
