Ordering Goods

All orders placed through our EBAY shop will be subject to our acceptance of the order. When you submit an order to us on our shop you will receive a 'bounce back' confirmatory email of this order saying that we are processing your order.  You should check both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by us.  Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery. We try to ensure that we always stock the full product range. If an item is out of stock it will be labelled out of stock on the KRESHAY SMALL HOME APPLIANCES EBAY SHOP. 

All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.

The price of an item does not include the delivery charge, which will depend on the delivery method you choose. The rate applicable for the delivery charge will be calculated at the date you place your order. For more information on delivery arrangements

Items

Standard Delivery charge is £5.50-6.50 and varies product to product. Delivery is normally done between 3 and 5 working days.

We also offer GET IT FAST, if an order is placed before 09:00 a.m., we aim at posting out the item the same day or the next day/ GET IT FAST charges differs from product to product based on the weight on the product.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery on a certain day or accept liability for deliveries made outside the timescales stated i.e.  3 to 5 working days. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

When we deliver your items to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.

Please note that if you wish to return goods under our Approval guarantee, you have 7 days from receipt of the goods to return them to us. 

If an item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

You can cancel this order within 7 days after we have received it.
You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 7 days after they have been 
delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns from unwanted  and non-faulty  items after 2 weeks of you receiving the item.

You must  return of the unwanted items at your own expense and risk. We can arrange collection of the item but will deduct the shipping costs from the amount paid for the item.

If we are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, we will only be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both of us at the time you make the relevant order. Our products are for personal use only and our liability shall not in any event include business losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption.

This paragraph shall not limit or affect our liability resulting from any products sold being found to be unsafe or if something we do negligently causes death or personal injury.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the items.

 

Privacy Policy
We do not hold any information about our customers other than the basic details supplied when placing an order. These details simply enable us to process your order and are never passed on to third parties other than for payment card authorization and providing offers on our products on a regular basis once registered with us.

Guarantees
All products are fully covered by the manufacturers guarantee, details of which are included with each item.
However, our extended guarantee policy increases the same cover for all sewing machines and over lockers.
At the time of placing the order, we ask each customer to retain your receipt (which will state the period of cover) and also the packaging. 

Cancellation & Returns
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, if you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for full credit, subject to the following conditions:

• The item(s) is in stock condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you.

• You inform us of your desire to cancel within seven working days of receipt of the product(s).

• You pay the return delivery charges.

• Goods are returned as soon as possible in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days. 

Back Orders
In the rare event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you by telephone and / or email to explain when delivery is to be expected. It will be despatched as soon as possible.

Remittance Terms
All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch (excludes local authority purchases, etc).

Return policy

However if the item is already packed and dispatched, then we are not in control to change or cancel the order. You may return any purchase from us within 7 days of delivery for a refund as long as the item is in the same condition as delivered 'new condition' with all the original packaging.If you decide to return the item because you have changed your mind, we will be able to collect the item from you but the cost of collection will be deducted from your refund.Any products you decide to return must be unused in their original packaging and accompanied by your proof of purchase - receipt confirming your purchase. 
 

Distance Selling Regulations - Distance selling regulations states a customer has the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery; you have a right to cancel the order for any item purchased on this shop for a full refund.
