Damage Report

• This Indian Rosewood Jali double cube shelving unit is new, however it has some minor damage caused whilst moving the item in our warehouse. (please see photos below for detail)
• There is a small chip in the wood on what could either be the top or bottom, this would be unseen if the item was placed against a wall.

Collection

If you wish to collect an item from our warehouse, please give us a call before setting out and we'll try to get everything ready for you. Collection from our warehouse is free of charge.

These jali cubes have NOT been owned by customers or used in their houses for any periods of time. We have 3 types of B grade stock:

Ex-display and showroom

jali cube is in new condition, but will have been used in a showroom as a display model. There will be little or no damage to the item. The jali cube may have slight cosmetic damages. The jali cube will have been viewed by customers interested in purchasing the jali cube.

Warehouse damaged

From time to time stock in warehouses can pick up damage from being stored and moved around. This can range from minor marks, to major structural damage (fork lift trucks, stock being dropped etc...). These items are generally in brand new condition but may need some repair work. The damage may be to a position on the jali cube which is not visible e.g. the back or underneath of the jali cube. In these cases, huge saving can be made.

Damaged in transit

Similar to warehouse damaged stock, damaged in transit occurs when stock is moved from production warehouses to distribution hubs. Damage can also occur when stock is being loaded/unloaded for home deliveries.

We do not accept returns of these items for any condition explained within the damage report. We do everything in our power to make sure every jali cube defect is correctly reported in detail. We do not give allowance or refunds for anything defects stated.

All jali cubes are available to view at our warehouse in Coleshill, Warwickshire (1 mile off junction 9 of the M42 & junction 4 of the M6, 10 minutes from the NEC).

Monday to Friday: 8am to 7pm
Saturday: 9am to 6pm
Sunday: 10am to 4pm
