If for any reason the item arrives damaged then we will accept returns as long as we are notified within 24 hours of the item arrival,
customer can contact us via email or phone, and the item must be returned to us within the 7 day’s period.
Please note: item must be checked before they are signed for on arrival.
Once you have confirmed and signed for the item, the 7 days returns policy is activated.
Please note: if you do sign for the item to say that it is in good condition and then later discover that the item is damaged upon opening the packaging, we will not be liable for the replacement of the damaged goods, (please be aware of this).
Postage is non-refundable
Any monies which have been paid will be refunded within 30 days less the cost of the dispatch fee, collection fee and 20% re-stocking charge provided that the Seller receives the goods in the same condition they were at the time of delivery and in their original packaging. Items which are not adequately packaged at the time of collection will not be collected and a charge levied by the carrier to cover the cost of a failed collection. Please note this does not apply to items of upholstery and for items that have been made to a specific size or specially commissioned where there is a 50% cancellation/return fee unless the order is cancelled within 24hrs of placement.
Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.

We supply our products to retailers and interior designers, both large and small across the UK and as far away as Japan.
