What to do next in order to obtain your Code Number First of all, check that your model number is shown on the list below. If your model number is not shown, then it is not covered by this decoding service and you will need to look in our ebay shop for the correct listing. If it is covered, the information below will help to identify the numbers we need. What you then need to do next, (in this order), is to purchase the item, pay for it, and then contact us using the ASK SELLER A QUESTION link on the relavent ebay listing and then send over the information that is requested, in the format shown below. We will then enter these details into our Decoding station and we will then send your code number back to you. How fast your code comes back to you really depends on workload at the time, but generally within a few hours. If for any reason you do not receive a Code back from us after a few days please contact us.
Leave the radio in the car !!! One of the nice features of this radio is the ability to display its own 11 digit Serial Number by pressing and holding presets 2 & 6 simultaneously. Send us the model number and serial number as displayed. The information submitted should look like this Jaguar 9000 Premium Sound BPABC123456
If for any reason we are unable to supply your correct code number by return, then we will credit this payment against the cost of sending the actual radio to us for a full manual Decode, costs of which are readily available on our website. This prevents people from claiming that our numbers don`t work! (But rarely happens). Chances are though, if you are reading this then you may have already wasted your money on a naff ebay disc, found that it doesn`t work (Surprise! Surprise!) and worse still have now used up all of your decoding attempts on your stereo.
