| | Shipping | All items are sent as stated on individual auctions. I try to ship within 48 hours, Monday - Friday.
| | Payment Terms | Payments to be received within 7 days for UK, and 3 days for International. If payment has not been received, the item will be re-listed, Selling fees reclaimed, and appropriate feedback will be left.
| | Refunds & Returns | I try to advertise everything as accurately as possible. If I sell an item that has any flaws or faults it will be clearly displayed on the listing. Refunds will be accepted, but buyer is responsible for ALL postage costs.
| | Loss/Damages | All packages are sent recorded or special delivery, depending on value. For less valuable items, where insurance is optional, I always retain a proof of posting.
I will ALWAYS claim for a lost or damaged item, but have to adhere to Royal Mails Terms & Conditions. A parcel is not declared lost until 15 working days after posting, which is 3 weeks. I will refund on receipt of refund from Royal Mail. (They will write to you to confirm details)
International sales - A parcel is not declared lost until 30 days from posting.
