I understand from my local antique expert that this is not so much old as that there were not that many made which makes this quite a collectable. It is hand painted on wood and has a 3D bottle standing proud in the centre of the piece.
I bought this a few years ago from a local boot fair as I was a collector of JD memorabilia.
It is quite distinctive, as Jack Daniels Co. never authorised the release of it for marketing purposes, though later on I am led to believe that they did but brought their own on the market. On the whole this is in quite good shape for its age as you can see from the pic.
I have actually scoured the net for a similar piece and I can find none that are anything like this!
