The item you are looking at is a remote control. It is a JVC Remote for a TV and VCR 

The remotes model number is not visable and normally sell at £8.99 but this has a loose lense at the from and I have had to put a small piece of tape on it (does not effect use)

 

 

I am sorry but Don't know what models the remote will work with.
