Goods my be returned without specific reasons for a refund of the bid price within 14 days of receipt provided notice of intention to do so is sent via the EBAY mail system within 7 days of receipt. To qualify for this refund goods must be returned complete and in the conditon they were received and the refund will be issued within 5 working days of receipt normally sooner.
Faulty or mis-described items will qualify for a refund of the outward postal charges as well and customers should include details of any faults for verification in the return parcel. |
