This is rare Soviet Military-style distortion\phase\sustain pedal was made in 1985 .

The controls are sustain, distortion, timbre, phaser .

The back panel features input, output and 9V external power .

This Effect-3 pedal as other soviet devices has a unique sound . It is a true warm and deep analog distortion and phase . 

My Effect-3 pedal  is in excellent working condition and fully checked. There are some little scratches of time on body, but overall looks good. All is tested and tuned to specifications .

The set includes: Effect-3 pedal, 9V power adapter, 2 bonus 5Din to 1\4 jack adapters .

The supply voltage of power adapter - 220-230V/50Hz. For use with 110/127V, a voltage converter is necessary\ not added\  The unit can powered by  batteries.
