Oops I Need to Return It
Oops its gone are happy to receive any return, where the goods are faulty, the product is not what you wanted and the item does not fit.
It’s easy, just email us to inform us about the return and enclose a copy  of the invoice and email in the package before sending the goods back to us. 
Oops the Item does not fit or the Colour is not what I wanted?
It’s simple, return it to us within 14 days of purchase remembering to email us to inform us about the return and enclose a copy  of the invoice and email in the package before sending the goods back to us. Returned goods must be in a saleable condition in their original packaging, unused and all their original labels etc still attached.
If you want to return the delivery by hand then you must make an appointment by calling our Warehouse on 01908 227001.

Oops it’s Faulty when it was delivered, What do I do?
Simply, return it to us within 14 days of purchase, just email us to inform us about the return and enclose a copy  of the invoice and email in the package before sending the goods back to us.
 Once we have received the goods and the return has been booked back into stock, your new item will be despatched, your card refunded or voucher issued. This may take around 5 working days.

Who pays the postage on returned Items?
If you return something due to it not fitting or being unsuitable, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.
If the goods are faulty or we have sent you the wrong size, then we pay the carriage up to £20.00. If the carriage is likely to exceed this amount please call us on 01908 227001 or email us at tracy@oopsitsgone.com and we can arrange to collect it from you.

Oops can either offer you an alternative product up to the value of your initial purchase or a refund.
