FAULTY GOODS: If your purchase is faulty we will, at our discretion, either replace the item free of charge, or refund the purchase price in full including the shipping costs. We recommend that any returned items are sent back to us by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive. UNWANTED GOODS: In the case of unwanted goods, these must be returned within 7 working days of purchase unopened in their original packing, complete with all labels and instructions.
