'Vibration' refers to the circular motion which pulsates deeply through the plate; this type of motion is relatively passive and is ideal for relaxation, stretching and floor-based exercises. 'Oscillation' refers to the way in which the plate moves up and down in a see-saw motion across a central pivot; this type of motion is relatively intensive and is excellent for strength training and weight loss. The two motions can also be operated with 'Combination Training' to provide a supremely intensive full body workout. The JTX-6000 comes with manual programmes for vibration, oscillation and combination training in addition to the 5 automatic JTX programmes.

Warranty

We offer a 12 month warranty on parts, labour and most importantly postage. Very few companies pay the delivery costs in the event of any problems, but we pay both collection and delivery for any necessary repairs in the first 12 months. We hold all spare parts in stock IN THE UK and we also provide a UK landline number: 01273 422005. Please note that we have always provided warranties on our products and we have achieved 100% positive feedback over a period of 7 years.

Delivery

We aim to ship items out the same day if payment is received before 2pm on a business day, otherwise the following business day. Next day delivery in the UK is FREE. If you live outside of England, Wales or in the Scottish highlands, there will be a postage surcharge. When you make payment, please use the option to add the relevant surcharge when you review your purchase. There is a box to add for additional charges or discounts. Surcharges are as follows:

Postage surcharge to Ireland will be £40
Postage surcharge to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or outside of the UK will be £50.
