We offer a
12 month warranty on parts, labour and most importantly postage. Very few companies in the UK pay the delivery costs in the event of any problems, but we pay both collection and delivery for any necessary repairs in the first 12 months. We hold
all spare parts in stock IN THE UK and we also provide a UK landline number: 01273 422005. Please note that we have always provided warranties on our products and
we have achieved 100% positive feedback over a period of 7 years.
Delivery
We
aim to ship items out the same day if payment is received before 2pm
on a business day, otherwise the following business day. Next day delivery in the UK is FREE. If you live outside of England, Wales or in the Scottish highlands, there will be a postage surcharge. When you make payment, please use the option to add the relevant surcharge when you review your purchase. There is a box to add for additional charges or discounts. Surcharges are as follows:
