About Us

We are a UK based company that has been selling Italian charms since 2004 and were one of the first eBay sellers of Italian charms in the UK.  We have a large range of Italian charms designed for the UK market and offer a fast turnaround on all items including custom made laser Italian charms.  We also stock a large range of beautiful European Pandora style beads. Payment

For UK customers we accept payment by Paypal, credit or debit cards, personal cheque or postal order.  our preferred method of payment is Paypal as this allows us to despatch your items quickly.  

For payments made by personal cheque please allow up to 14 days before expecting your items, as it takes time for cheques to clear, and due to the small amount of cheque received we no longer bank every day.     For Paypal and postal order payments items will be sent out within 2 working days of receiving your cleared payment.   To pay for your order using credit/debit card please phone us on 0800 970 5225 quoting your eBay ID.

For International customers payment via Paypal ONLY please.

Payment is expected within seven days of the close of auction.

Postage & Packing

Please click on the postage and payments tab at the top of the auction for our current rates.   For UK orders Special delivery (guaranteed next working day) can be arranged on request . UK orders over £25 will be posted via first class recorded delivery free of charge.  

We charge per order NOT per item and offer combined postage on all items if paid for with one combined payment (unless stated in the auction description).     If you are unsure how to combine payments or need a combined invoice please email us when you have finished buying.  Items paid for individually may be posted and charged for individually.

We post items every week day, excluding public holidays and aim to despatch orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.  

Orders that contain custom made items are normally despatched within 72 hours of receiving cleared payment.

Items are usually posted everyday, excluding weekends and public holidays.  

JSC Jewellery is NOT responsible for the delivery times of the Royal Mail

A admin charge of 20p will be applied to any payments requiring refunds for not combining p&p costs.

Items are only classed as "lost" in the post when 15 days have passed since the posting date, no action will be taken by JSC Jewellery or the Royal Mail before this time as items may still be delivered.

For any problems except those covered by our refund policy replacement items and credit notes will always be issued in place of refunds

Returns

All our items (except custom made items) come with a no quibble 14 day refund/replace guarantee. If you do have any problems with your items within this time, please contact us asap to resolve the matter.  All problems after the 14 day period has passed will be on a case by case basis, but you will likely be offered the chance to purchase the same item(s) at a reduced cost. Replacements and refunds can only be processed once faulty items are returned.  

We don't like to hear of problems through feedback left so please email us with any problems before leaving feedback and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you.

Items returned to JSC Jewellery for refunds/replacements are posted at the customers own risk and expense.  It is recommended you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded delivery service when returning items.
