This is a brass pitcher or jug from J.S and S  ( Joseph Sankey and Sons) in the hammered style ,size 2, excellent condition with an impressed G on the base as well as the size (2) and the manufacturer, J S and S, made in England, solid brass.This is the 2 pint jug.This water jug has a great patina and is a beautiful item in excellent condition. Highly collectable.A lovely item.
