Description: This was a sought after limited edition dress only available from US Target.  It is a super cute summery dress - perfect for easy & gorgeous summer dressing.  It is a white wrap dress covered in tiny coloured spots.  There is a ruffle along the neckline & hemline & it ties around the waist.  This is a gorgeous dress at a bargain price!
