EXQUISITE NEO CLASSICAL SCENIC PORTRAIT
IN RESERVE PANEL OUTLINED WITH GOLD GILT BEADS AGAINST A
BACKGROUND OF LOVELY COBALT BLUE OUTER AND
WHITE INSIDE.
FAINT GOLD GILT SCROLLING AND GOLD BRUSHED AND DUSTED WORK
 AND FANS OVER THE BLUE .
CONDITION: EXCELLENT.
NO CHIPS, CRACKS,  REPAIRS OR TOUCH UPS;
