RETURNS POLICY
1 Please email us initially to clarify your concern, to which we will respond.
2 Returns will be accepted for incorrectly described, carriage damaged or faulty items received back within 14 days of receipt. 
 This refund policy does NOT apply where any faults have been stated in the item description or in the case of any known inherent faults.
3 A full refund will be given following the return and inspection of an incorrectly described, carriage damaged or faulty item.
4 Please note that where refunds are requested due to ‘buyer remorse’, e.g. changed your mind etc, return carriage will NOT be refunded in these circumstances.
5 The item must be returned by trackable carriage/postage in the condition in which it was received and with the original packaging.
7 Any items lost in transit will be refunded in full once time required by carrier/Post Office to consider an item lost has elapsed.
