DELIVERY POLICY:

We use an approved courier with a ’48 hour’ service to despatch your item. Once payment has been received from the buyer and cleared, despatch of your goods will take place the next business day. While we endeavour to ensure your purchase is sent quickly, efficiently and within the specified timescales GreenDealers cannot guarantee shipping times once the product has been shipped.

RETURNS POLICY:

Here at GreenDealers we offer a returns policy on all our goods. While we offer the seller's standard postage and packaging for the delivery of your purchases to most UK destinations, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs on any item intended for return. All goods must be returned within fourteen days of receipt from us in good condition, without damage and sufficiently packaged for transit back to us.

 

We will endeavour to repair, replace or refund your purchase within five working days of receipt. Items returned to us must be shipped with ALL original packaging intact and miscellaneous content (e.g. user instructions and associated parts) included.
