First edition. Octavo, original blue boards titled in black on spine panel. 309 pp, Index, Plates. Slightly dusty, a near fine copy in dust wrapper which has minor dust soiling and a few tiny tears.

I can send via Air Mail small packet for $12.50 (that's the Canada Post rate), or by Surface Mail at $10.50.

However, high-value items will be sent via a trackable service (International ExpressPost, for instance) in order to ensure proof of delivery. We cannot be responsible for the non-delivery of expensive items if not sent via a trackable service.
