Items

All my items are 100% genuine and I will always state any obvious flaws or wear which reflect in my prices. All items will be carefully packaged using padded envelopes and other materials as appropriate and are stored in a pet and smoke free home.

I will leave feedback once you are happy with your purchase – if you find there is a problem, please contact me first so I can resolve the issue before leaving any Negative feedback.

Payment is expected within 7 days. I will send reminders but after this time I may, at my discretion, issue a Non-Paying Bidder Alert and leave Negative Feedback.  
                                               

Refunds

I will issue refunds if:

§         The item differs significantly from that which was described

§         The item is damaged in transit due to insufficient or faulty packaging

In either of these circumstances you must notify me within 48 hours of delivery and all original packaging should to be retained for inspection.

^{FIRSTLY I AM A SINGLE MUM WHO WORKS FULL TIME SO I NORMALLY ONLY GET CHANCE TO POST ITEMS EVERY SATURDAY MORNING - IF I CAN POST THEM SOONER I WILL TRY MY VERY BEST BUT IF THIS IS A PROBLEM THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID. IF YOU NEED AN ITEM VERY QUICKLY PLEASE EMAIL ME FIRST SO I CAN SEE WHAT I CAN DO.}

^{I am always happy to offer a reduction in postal charges for multiple buys – my postal charges include packaging costs and handling charges.}

^{I will always obtain proof of postage to cover postal mishaps and I am always happy to assist with a claim if a parcel is lost.  Buyers should be aware that ultimately it is their responsibility to purchase adequate insurance cover should they need it. All items valued up to £30.00 are automatically covered by the Certificate of Posting (C.O.P) in the event of loss or damage, but the buyer should note that the Royal Mail have in some cases refused to honour these certificates due to increasing amounts of fraudulent claims – I cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in cases where the C.O.P is not honoured by Royal Mail. In addition, Royal mail will not allow a claim to be made until 14 days have passed, after which time a claim can be submitted.}

^{PLEASE NOTE  - it is a fact that over 50% of lost items/parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a royal mail sorting office, so please check with yours first - the postman does not always leave a card!}
