About Us

toffee_monkey is the eBay trading name of Toffee Monkey T-Shirts. A T-Shirt design and print company based in Hartlepool in the North East.

We are a UK printing business offering vinyl transfer print designs as well as screen printed designs on T-Shirts and other garments.

We will process your purchase of our t-shirts as promptly as we can, usually within 5 days.

We will be adding new t-shirt designs each week.

All of our garments are designed and printed by ouselves at premises in the North East of England.

Occassionally we may sell pre-owned products, but these are in good condition and and will be accurately described in the product listing.

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit card, PayPal & Postal Orders.

All "Buy It Now" prices do not include VAT. 

Telephone orders are welcome on 01429 286759.

From the United Kingdom we accept:Credit/Debit cards, PayPal or Cheques.

From outside the UK we only accept:Credit/Debit cards and PayPal.Cheques/checks/moneyorders/drafts/Eurocheques etc are not accepted due to high banking charges in the United Kingdom.

Postage

We apply a postage charge to cover the postage costs and our packaging materials. We do not make profit from postage. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Please allow extra time if you are paying by echeque through PayPal.

Postage and packing costs are as shown here. Please note we do offer a discount for combined shipping. This will be stated in the invoice you receive through eBay.

Recorded delivery can be arranged in the United Kingdom for an additional charge of £1.50 to cover fees and handling.

All t-shirts are sent in new mail bags.

Items sent outside the United Kingdom are despatched by Royal Mail air-mail.

We will happily post to all countries within the EU & USA & Australia. 

For locations elsewhere please allow more time for delivery and be aware of your countries own customs duty.

For items sent outside the United Kingdom, your t-shirt will be sent by Air mail. Surface mail is to slow so please dont ask for this as an option.

On our T-Shirts our shipping charges are: 

United Kingdom: £1.50

International £4.00

Terms

Customers should satisfy themselves that any t-shirt choice made is the correct size and colour.

We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your t-shirt please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Payment MUST be by one of the types listed in our payment tab, if it's not listed then we can't accept it.

All purchases are final, no exception. All non paying buyers will be reported to eBay and feedback will be left to reflect this.

Please note we will endeavour to post out all bought t-shirts asap after we have received payment, but please allow 5 days as a minimum for us to print your garment.

Finally, if you intend to pay by PayPal and you dont already have an account, then please apply for one NOW before you buy one of our t-shirts as it can take some time.

Returns

At Toffee Monkey we want you to be  happy with your t-shirt. If for some unlikely reason you are not, then we will be happy to give you a full refund within 14 days of purchase providing that the garment has been unworn and is in the same conditiion it was when it was sent out to you.

If you find any defect in any of our garments we will also be happy to replace or refund you your money. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

This returns policy as stated is valid for 14 days after purchase.
