These items may have damaged packaging or minor cosmetic marks etc, any item with significant marking will be noted in the item description.

1)    They may on occasion have instructions, missing but this will be noted in the Item description

2)    They are usually new items although may on occasion have been returned under a 14 day money back guarantee, they will have been fully tested and in full working order.

Most items will come with manufacturers warranty cards etc, it is however purely at the discretion of the manufacturer whether they honour these on goods bought from outlets that are not official distributors.

In the unlikely event of goods being faulty, within the first month we will collect the item and a replacement will be sent out. If a replacement is not available you will be offered a full refund. All items are security marked and serial numbers recorded to prevent fraud.

The item can be returned free of charge should it not match the item description, or if received in a damaged condition

If the item is returned purely because you have changed your mind then the buyer is responsible for all postage costs and the item must be returned by recorded delivery or courier.
