THE GOWN HAS A BOW ON THE BACK OF THE DRESS THAT MEASURES 8" X 14".

 THERE ARE ALSO PLEATED PANELS HANGING FROM THE BOW TO THE BOTTOM OF THE DRESS.

THE DRESS FEATURES A BUILT IN CRINOLINE.
