Return policy
I want my customers to be 100% happy with their purchases so...
If you wish to return a Buy it now item, or have changed your mind on a buy it now item you will have 7 working days from reciept/purchase of said item to let me know you wish to either cancel and/or return for a refund.
Item must then be returned within 14 working days of purchase. And must be sent back by a trackable method of posting. 
I do not give partial refunds only full refunds upon receipt of the purchased item.

Please contact me before returning and please return in original condition with tags attatched and packaging (where applicable), also in the condition sent.

Upon receipt these items will be checked for the special security marking and upon being confirmed as the original item and that they are unused or unworn, then a full refund will be made. 

I will refund your ORIGINAL postage costs in all cases.

RETURN postage is the buyers responsibility and will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty or clearly not as described.
