    We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched. Please allow extra time if you are paying by bank transfer or postal order.

    Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays.     We send out dispatch notifications and you have to be in to receive the item (normally the couriers will attempt delivery twice) otherwise if the unit is returned to us you will have to pay for a return to sender (RTS) fee of £9.99 (UK).     Returns Policy

    We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from iceclearout. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

    Items Damaged in Transit
    If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be LOGGED on to www.caraudioreturns.co.uk as they are the company for our returns Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

    Items Faulty on Arrival
    If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 10 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault via the contact seller button on each listing. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We send the returned items to the manufacturers, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty the manufacturers will issue a non fault found administration charge which is around £25 -£45. So please make sure that it is faulty or call us on 0208 1333 131 to help you diagnose whether the unit is faulty, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

    Items Faulty in Warranty Period
    If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 10 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly.

    Changing your mind on a product
    If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received by us, we'll issue a refund for the product to your original payment method less the original postage cost. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers.

    Under normal conditions once 7 days has passed or the item is used and cannot be sold as new, returning an item for any other reason than that shown above is not possible. However please feel free to contact us as we may make you an offer to upgrade your item or make you a refund offer, less a percentage. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

    Administration Errors - Any administration errors that occur causing the customer to be over charged will be rectified immediately when informed. We will not be held responsible for any costs occur.

    Payment Methods - We accept Paypal, all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Maestro. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.     Availability of Goods - All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. "In Stock" item indicates the item is available from the manufacture and can be order on request.

Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. Customers must understand that if the parcel has been sent and if no one is available to accept the delivery, Citylink/DHL/TNT will issue a non received item and in many cases the parcel will be sent back to us. This is a lot of trouble as if you want the goods resent you will be charged for a return and re-delivery.     Risk - As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

    Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

    Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
    Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery. Any shortages within in the delivery will have to be reported with 7 days of delivery, in writing you may fax and post.
    In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
    Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.

    If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.

    Product Guarantees - All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 12 months unless stated otherwise. Your goods will be repaired by an appointed repair centre by the manufacturer and ICECLEAROUT does not take responsibility for the repair, it is between you and the repair centre. Should the product develop a manufacturers fault within twelve months of your date of purchase. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/cd heads etc.), consumables. THE FULL COST OF THE SERVICE CALL WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT IF OUR ENGINEERS FIND NO MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL FAULT WITH YOUR PRODUCT(charged from £40.00 this includes return shipping). Should your product develop a fault within a first seven days of purchase you many return your goods for a full refund providing you return the unit in the same condition as supplied. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please note that credit card receipt or statement cannot be used as prove of purchase.

    Cancellation of Orders

    Returned Goods - If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges (some items maybe applicable to 20% restocking fee). Special Order item can not be returned. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and new packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.

    Other - You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities at the moment. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you.
