Payment is accepted through PayPal. Also all major Credit/debit cards are accepted please call on 02085862616 to make payment. Once a successful payment has been made with a credit/debit card then the goods will be dispatched. A invoice and a credit/debit card receipt will be provided. 

Dispatch and Delivery Policy

We try to dispatch all items the same day as your order is placed (on receipt of a successful payment). Once dispatched items usually take 3-5 working days to arrive. Orders placed after 4pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next again working day. Please note that during busy periods or over bank holidays your item may take slightly longer to arrive. 

Please be aware it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide eBay and PayPal with a correct delivery address. We can only ship to the address supplied by PayPal. If an item becomes lost during posting and an incorrect address was supplied we cannot accept responsibility for your lost item.

Goods normally shipped within 2-3 working days of cleared funds. Please note for security reasons, any purchases by NEW ebayers OR ebayers with less than 10 feedback and an UNCONFIRMED PAYPAL address will have to wait 4-5 working days before goods can be shipped.

Stock levels

Although we do try to keep our stock levels high occasionally items may sell out. Normally products are back in stock within a few days. If there is likely to be a delay in dispatching your item we will contact you and you will have the option of waiting or receiving a refund.

Return policy

We will only accept return of an item if has become faulty and is under warranty. Please contact us detailing any faults before returning a faulty item. Please be aware that the buyer is solely responsible for all return postage costs. When returning an item please be sure to package it securely and include all original accessories.  We cannot accept return of any unwanted goods.
