Up for auction is this super Antique Japensse Tea Caddy.

I would say it date from the late part of the 19th Century and has great detail all over.

Not sure what the metal is underneath - copper? and looks as if it could of been silver plated?

The box is fully lined in wood.

Condition is good small dents to one corner.

The size is 6inches by 4.25inches and 4.75inches high.
