My Terms and Conditions are as stated below… Boring, but important.

Please take the time to read them (only a few minutes out of your busy life).

It will be assumed that you have read & agreed to my Terms & Conditions, if you do place a bid on any of my items (or buy from me using Buy-It-Now).

1. If you are new to Ebay, please do not try bidding for practice.

If you bid you may be the only bidder, this means you have purchased the item.

If you don't want it, don't bid.

2. Ebayers with a rating of 5 or less, please contact me before you bid (or buy from me using the Buy-it-Now option) otherwise your bid may be cancelled. CONTACT ME VIA EBAY MESSAGES.

Contact me before you bid, to confirm you are a serious bidder; and will pay if you win. Please do this at least 6 hours before end of auction.

I reserve the right to cancel bids from bidders with suspicious-looking activity.

3. Your bid is a legal contract with us, as per Ebays’ terms & conditions.

4. I expect payment no later than 72 hours from the end of the auction.

Contact me if you cannot meet this requirement.

5. If payment is not received (or no contact made VIA EBAY MESSAGES), a Paypal dispute wil be filed, possibly leading to a Paypal claim. Negative feedback will be left to warn other Ebayers of Non-paying bidders.

Negative feedback is my last resort, I always try to resolve problems fairly & amicably.

6. If you have any problems with the item, other than any stated in the description, I will offer a refund/replacement, but require you to let me know within 4 days of delivery (VIA EBAY MESSAGES).

Please return in original packing and insure the parcel. I do not pay for return post.

7. PAYPAL PAYMENTS ONLY!

Goods will be dispatched as soon as possible, once payment is received in to my paypal account.

I visit the Post Office once a week, usually Tuesday.

8. No guarantee is given or implied, other than stated in the item description.

9.  Postal rates apply to UK Mainland (unless stated otherwise in listing)

Please contact me (via Ebay messages) if you are located in Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland,

Channel Islands, Isle of Wight or Isle of Man.

10. I am not the Royal Mail, I do not work for the Royal Mail, I cannot be held responsible for delays/damages caused by the Royal Mail.

All of my items are packaged well, to reach you in the condition stated in my listing. Proof of Postage is always obtained & filed, I will be happy to instigate a claim against the Royal Mail, on your behalf, should any problems arise.

Royal Mail do not consider an item “lost”, until 14 days after posting – Too long, in my mind. Royal Mail’s rule, not mine!

If you require Postal insurance, it can be arranged. Additional charge will apply: amount charged is specific to each item, according to insurable value (how much it would cost me to replace lost/damaged item, with a similar item – Not price paid)

11. And finally, NEGATIVE FEEDBACK should be avoidable, and the last resort (in any instance). I have had many positive transactions, as buyer & seller, as such I can appreciate the genuine problems that can arise with Ebay transactions.

I try to be patient and fair in all trading situations.

Don’t just leave negative feedback. I have worked hard for the feedback rating I have, it’s important to me.

I give people the benefit of the doubt, and chance to fairly & amicably resolve any problems.

PLEASE DON’T LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON A WHIM, 99% OF THE TIME PROBLEMS ARE EASILY RESOLVED!

I know the majority of people are trustworthy, however due to several bad experiences, time-wasters and non-paying bidders, I must insist that the criteria of my auctions (as stated above) are met.

If in doubt contact me VIA EBAY MESSAGES, I will do my best to answer all questions/queries as quickly & fully as possible.

Please don’t assume I have seen any message sent to my E-mail address,

I check Ebay messages several times a day, E-mail less than once a week.
