THIS IS A VINTAGE JAPANES  BOX, MADE OF CHERRYWOOD AND ADORNED WITH ENGRAVED BRASS BATS, SYMBOLS AND CORNER PIECES. 

HEIGHT IS 3.5" (8.8CM), WIDTH IS 7 7/8" (20CM) AND DEPTH IS 5.75" (14.5CM).

2 OF THE LITTLE BRASS TACKS THAT PIN DOWN THE BRASS PIECES ARE MISSING, AND THE CENTRE SYMBOL ON THE LID HAS COME OFF AND NEEDS RE-FIXING.  OTHERWISE, IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.
