When you receive your purchase, if you are not 100% satisfied please contact us via email or telephone and we will endeavour to make you completely happy.
If you still wish to return your purchase we will require you to return the goods using a postal service that is recorded (i.e. the post is signed for) or trackable online. We will require you to pay the charge for the return shipping. We will refund you the original purchase price less the cost of shipping incurred by ourselves.
We must be notified of your intent to return your goods within seven days of receipt. The item or items must then be returned to us within a further seven days. All returned items will be inspected prior to any refund being issued.
Please be advised that any item or items purchased and received in new condition must be returned in the same condition to qualify for a refund. |
