USE

Walk or stand or the mat taking care to move slowly and spread your weight evenly over the entire area of your soles.

While standing on the mat, slowly move your feet, shifting your weight carefully to allow the jade pieces to push different acupressure points on your soles. Take your time and relax, do not hurry your movements.

As with any type of massage, you should drink 0.3 – 0.5 litres of water after using your massage mat to aid the elimination of toxins from the body.
